Our detailed bond clean is designed to prepare the property for its final inspection. It includes:

• Full kitchen clean, including the oven, stovetop and range-hood

• Bathrooms, showers, toilets and vanities thoroughly cleaned

• Internal cupboards, drawers and wardrobes cleaned

• Skirting boards, doors and frames wiped down

• Ceiling fans, light fittings and air-conditioning vents dusted

• Interior windows, tracks and sills cleaned

• Bedrooms and living areas thoroughly cleaned

• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

• Cobwebs removed

• Laundry area cleaned

• Property left ready for inspection

Wall cleaning can be added at an additional cost and will be quoted based on the condition and size of the property.
